Customer photo review of Dahlia Tubers (Ball & Dinnerplate) - Swing Dance Mix

I order 21bulbs from Eden, 5 of which were included in this mix. So far I’ve lost 3 of the tubers from virus and 8 have not grown at all. Be wary of purchasing these. So far only 13 out of 21 are growing and time will tell if these are viable either. A couple look pretty sad so I’m not hopeful they will produce any flowers. I would spend my money elsewhere that virus tests and only send viable tubers.

$10 a bulb - for a plant that got a 2.3 review! One person’s didn’t ever grow. The price is ridiculous. I thought they would be less than 1/2 that price. I was going to buy them but never mind.

I purchased several packs of these along with pink strawberry fields and a blue variety. None grew. Not one. And I had them in different areas of the yard. Things nearby are 3ft tall already...

Purchased 10 tubers, 9 were viable and none of them were Cryfield Harmony or Red Labyrinth. I had been very excited about these two varieties, so it was extra disappointing that neither of these were included. Of the 9 viable tubers, 7 or these were Berner Oberland. These are beautiful, but its disappointing to have such little variety.

Out of five tubers only three were viable - the others had too many broken necks. The three that survived were cornel, cryfield, and red labyrinth. Gorgeous, healthy blooms, deep, pink, and violet. It would’ve been great to have all five varieties.
