  • Finance and Administrative Coordinator

    The Finance & Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations while also contributing to the smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities. This position partners closely with Accounting to assist with accounts payable, credit card administration, and financial documentation, while also providing administrative support across office coordination, employee engagement, and workplace operations.

    This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage sensitive information while supporting financial accuracy and an efficient, well-organized workplace.

  • Graphic Designer

    We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help us scale growth through effective creative production. Working alongside our Creative Director, this role brings seasonal campaigns, email programs, paid social, and brand moments to life — working inside an established design system while helping push it forward.

    The ideal candidate has strong visual instincts, is experienced in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, has hands-on email build experience, and brings the curiosity, courage, and drive to do work that makes an impact.

  • Warehouse Inventory Clerk

    The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This role performs inventory counts, monitors stock levels, replenishes supplies, maintains inventory records, and assists with general warehouse activities as needed. The Inventory Clerk works in a fast-paced environment and is expected to demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and accountability for completing tasks on time with minimal supervision. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively while independently managing daily responsibilities. The position requires standing for extended periods and regularly lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment is preferred.

  • Customer Service Representative

    The Support Associate is the heart of the Eden Brothers customer experience — the person our customers reach when something goes wrong, when they need reassurance, or when they just need someone to help them figure out what happened to their order. This role sits within our Post-Purchase Service pod and is responsible for resolving issues with speed, care, and good judgment across both phone and email channels.

    This isn't a role for someone who wants to work from a script. Our customers are gardeners — they care about what they ordered, they're often working toward something meaningful, and they remember how they were treated. The Support Associate brings genuine warmth and ownership to every interaction, closing tickets with the kind of resolution that leaves customers wanting to come back. You'll work closely with Sales Associates and the Product Experience Lead to serve the full customer journey, and your observations about recurring issues and product feedback will directly inform how we improve.
