We believe in making it easy to grow something you're proud of. Our seeds and bulbs are curated to be the finest and freshest on the market, and we care deeply about your success.

If it doesn’t grow, we will make it right. We guarantee that our seeds, bulbs, roots and sets will be true to type and ready to thrive when planted according to the provided instructions and appropriate growing conditions. If something doesn’t perform – let our Garden Support team know and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

We can’t control nature, but we can promise to support you through it with fair solutions and honest advice for products planted within the United States. No hoops to jump through. This guarantee is intended to support home gardeners in good faith. Eden Brothers reserves the right, in its reasonable judgement, to limit or decline claims that reflect misuse, patterns inconsistent with home gardening, or issues unrelated to product quality. The Grow Guarantee does not apply to Clearance or Final Sale items and is only applicable for products planted in the United States. 

Cancellation Prior to Shipment

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Garden Support team as soon as possible by phone or email. As long as your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we're happy to issue a full refund to your original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Because many of our products ship quickly – especially during peak season – we encourage you to reach out right away if your plans change.

If Something Is Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing

We take great care in packing and shipping, but occasionally mistakes or carrier damage can happen. If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be missing products, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation or package. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, our team will reach out to discuss the best resolution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund. If an item was damaged during shipping, we generally do not require it to be returned. In other cases, returns are handled by mail. Used goods cannot be returned.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.. In certain circumstances, and depending on the nature of the issue and number of items involved, we may also refund original shipping charges.

Changed Your Mind?

We understand that sometimes plans change or the wrong item gets ordered. Unopened seed packets may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the product purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Due to their perishable nature, we are unable to accept returns on bulbs.

If you'd like to return eligible seed packets, please contact our Garden Support team to let us know they're on the way. Customers are responsible for creating their own return label and covering return shipping costs. Once the return is received and verified to be unopened, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

We're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for customer-remorse requests after 15 days from delivery. Used goods are not eligible for return.

Clearance & Final Sale Items

Items marked as Clearance or Final Sale are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or coverage under the Grow Guarantee. All Clearance and Final Sale purchases are final.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. If you have a question about a gift card balance or a technical issue redeeming one, our Garden Support team is happy to help.
