Zone 7a, Virginia I bought 1oz of these zinnia seeds and they have been the best purchase I've made on Eden Brothers. Lots of seeds, beautiful, great growers, can compete with very tough non-native, invasive. I've seen fireflies chilling on these zinnias, I've seen butterflies visit them, and they're beautiful in a bouquet. Highly recommend this variety for the value and germination!

    Zinnia Seeds - Polar Bear

I planted these last season and didn't get anything more than one plant that had one bloom the size of a quarter. The rest of the seeds didn't germinate. I decided to try again this year one more time and im so happy I did. The seeds took off, germinated and grew beautifully and are blooming flowers the size of my palm. (Orange flower in photo is from a different seed pack). Perfect for cut flower gardens. Zone 4a, grown on containers, transplanted twice.

Out of the ones I planted, only one bloomed. That totally could be my fault though, so that's not factoring into my review. My main disappointment is that the only one that bloomed was hot pink. This was my first time planting zinnias and I only had this color, so it had to have been these seeds. I was disappointed I didn't get the beautiful white blooms I ordered. I will replant this year and see how it goes

Seriously, even if you don't have a green thumb, you can grow zinnias. They are the easiest flower around, require little care, and keep blooming! No need to start the plants in little pots, or keep them out of the rain. Just sow directly into the soil when the soil warms up, keep the seeds reasonable moist, and let nature take care of the rest!
