    Last fall I purchased these for my front yard garden border, well fast forward to this spring and only 4 grew and of those they aren't the right colors whatsoever! These were supposed to be lovely pastel purples and I got one bright yellow, and one bright yellow with coral! Like what the heck happened here?? I had the same problem with the daffodils I ordered as well. I invested over $50 in bulbs and ended up with boring standard daffodils and two tulips which aren't the right colors. Cant put into words how disappointed I am.

    This was my first attempt at gardening outdoor plants and I loved the color palette of this collection! I live in a zone six area and planted in November. I planted some in a garden bed and some in a raised planter or in pots. The ones in the raised planter and in pots did not have the best luck with the winter storms we had. About 4/12 bloomed. The 8 that I grew in the ground were much more successful and almost all of them bloomed beautiful flowers. Some are still blooming now. With the weather we had I’m not surprised the ones in planters did not survive, but I am very happy with the success I found with the ones planted in the ground. I definitely recommend reading the tulip planting guide they have on the website if you’re a beginner.
