    After 15 days only 1 bean sprouted. I planted 1 package I am very disappointed. I season is getting late enough now that if I replant they may not get ripe. Not sure what I should do.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced poor germination with your Edamame beans and understand your concern about the remaining growing season. Edamame beans germinate best in warm soil, ideally above 65°F. Cool, wet conditions, excessive moisture, dry soil, planting depth, heavy soils, or pest activity can all affect emergence. If your growing season allows, you may still be able to replant, as many edamame varieties mature in about 75–90 days. We previously reached out with growing tips and offered a resolution but have not yet heard back. If you'd like to move forward with that offer, please reply to our email. At Eden Brothers, we stand behind our products and are always happy to help if you should still need it!

    Unfortunately, none of the edamame seeds germinated. However, seeds that I bought from another vendor and planted at the same time, germinated nicely. Very disappointed.

    This was my first time planting this variety. I only planted 9 beans, not sure what to expect or if I would like them. I love these beans. I have had a good harvest and I am harvesting far sooner than my other veggies. I am planting again now because I am sorry I didn’t plant a lot more. Very good purchase.

    Leaving a 5 star review for now since someone posted a 1 star review that was not based on product performance. I ordered a packet, which came with 19 seeds. I will leave my review at 5 stars as long as I experience the promised 85% germination rate. I have high hopes because eden bros has never let me down.
