Purchased these in 2023, didn’t plant until July of 2026. I’m in zone 5a and they sprung up and are starting to bloom in September. Sturdy stalks, lovely colors so far. These are a keeper for years to come!

This is a real Heirloom Zinnia! Developed in 1919, the Zinnia Dahlia Flowered produces stems about 40 inches tall with fully double flowers about 4 to 5 inches in diameter. Compared to the California Giant variety, the Dahlia Flowered Zinnia has petals more tightly packed and bend downward slightly on the ends. Easy to grow, Zinnias look wonderful when planted "en masse". Plant Zinnia Dahlia Flowered Mix flower seeds in full sun, beds and borders for a bright and colorful garden.

I absolutely loved these for their bright colored whimsical show. The bees and butterflies loved them as much as I did. The little yellow halo of mini stamens in the middle just 😍

I bought several different kinds of zinnia seeds from Eden and they’ve turned out beautifully! I mixed mine so you won’t only see the dahlia kind in the pic.

I planted these in one of my huge corrugated aluminum horse trough planters, and they just took off and bloomed all summer, it’s October up here in zone 6a Washington state, and they are still going. I’m so glad that I bought a full ounce of these seeds.

Super easy to grow. I bought a piece of land in the middle of nowhere and thought I would plant a few flowers for my Wife to enjoy when we go out there. I can not say enough about how easy these grew. I drug a rake attachment around and scratched up the surface of the ground, Threw out the seeds and walked away. I did not expect very many of them to grow due to my lack of effort. Boy, was I surprised? I would say 85 percent or better on germination rate. We cut flowers into November. I ordered a pound that first time. This year, I ordered 5 pounds and I am going to do a huge field this spring. I am absolutely hooked on these Zinnia Flowers now. Stop thinking about it and order some for this spring. Trust me. One bit of advice, When placing in a vase make sure to remove all of the leaves etc.. that will touch the water. The flowers last a long time but the foliage turns to mush and stinks.

Easy to grow and such a wonderful view outside my kitchen window! I will be ordering again next spring!

The Zinnia’s are beautiful but out of the 3 packets I purchased, they were the only ones that grew. I did not get any Bee Balm or Milkweed plants. I planted them exactly as the packet said, since this was my first time growing both plats, nothing. Very disappointing.

Zinnia Seeds - Dahlia Flowered Mix
Store owner replied: Hello Sandra. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your Dahlia Flowered Mix produced mostly yellow blooms rather than the colorful mix you were expecting. We understand how disappointing that can be when you've planned your garden around a particular color palette. While the exact color distribution in a seed mix can vary from planting to planting, the mix should produce a range of bloom colors rather than being dominated by a single color. We've shared reports like yours with our Quality Control team for review as we continue to monitor product consistency. We reached out by email but haven't heard back from you. We'd still be happy to assist, so please reply to our original email if you'd like to discuss the resolution options available. We stand behind our products and would welcome the opportunity to help you have a more successful growing experience!
These come up so darn easy lots of blooms and such a big sturdy flower plus stays on plant for a very long time before dead heading. These will always be a must have on my list

I’m slowly putting together perennial-only garden beds but have a lot of empty spaces to fill still. I bought an ounce of these zinnia seeds to spread to try to fill in the gaps and holy guacamole! Using just half the bag across two beds, I have zinnias that the whole neighborhood is commenting on. I sewed them the day before I left for a couple weeks so I didn’t get to thin them and they are thick and blooming everywhere! They are even overshadowing my first year coneflowers and yarrow a bit, but not such a terrible problem to have. Definitely buy these if you have a lot of space to fill quickly and cheaply!

The most awesome patch we have ever planted in large 1/2 acre lot. Bright vibrant colors for cutting or just as cover. Beautiful arrangements ⭐

Love the dahlia flowered zinnias! Plants are almost 4 feet tall, vigorous growers, and have a good variety of flower shapes and colors. Flowers have long stems and are great for cutting.

These flowers were tall and colorful. I was amazed at how easy they grew. The squirrels stayed away. They grew and grew it was shocking to see how tall they grew. Super easy to take care of.

I started these in trays in February. Today is September first and finally im seeing some double blooms. I will probably scatter whats left of my seeds next spring but wont be dedicating any rows in my market garden to this variety next year.

I sowed your zinnia seeds thickly along my garden fence this late spring. Needless to say I am extremely pleased to tell everyone I think they all came up. At present time August 2 they are about 4 ft tall and are spectacular!! Neighbors all want to know where I bought my seed...

We did not get these planted until mid to late July in Maine but they grew to be tall and strong with wonderful colors. We always know we can depend on Eden Brothers' to provide the best seeds and bulbs.

I literally broadcast the seeds in the bed I wanted to plant. I didnt prepare the soil, I didnt cover the seeds - I really just wanted to see how no-fuss no-muss this could be. The entire bed is dense with flowers. I recommend these to anyone who wants easy, beautiful flowers all summer.
