Customer photo review of Tulip Bulbs - Exotic Emperor

I planted 50 bulbs. About 10 of them popped up. Not sure if our shipment of bulbs sucked or weren’t taken care of but the ones that did grow looked amazing. Unfortunately I am going to try again as I ordered some more. But if less than 50% grow this time around I won’t be buying again.
