This is my first experience with Allysum plants, and I wasn't sure what to expect. So I planted several different Allysum seeds in long planters and under roses in big pots. The flowers all look for some reason of white color, some have very nice purple color. It took the seeds some time to come up but once they did they started growing and flowering very nicely. They all look very charming to me! Especially the ones that grow in big tall pots under roses. I just love their cascading beautiful flow off the pots down to the ground! I just wish the roses would bloom nicely too to make a beautiful combination :) I can't say anything much about the fragrance - I can smell them only if I put my nose very close to the flowers. I noticed that they grow best in the morning sun with afternoon shade or slight shade through the whole day in my very hot and humid weather in the south of Alabama. I don't give them any special care just the water and nutrients from the roses. I definitely will grow Alyssums next summer!

Planted seeds came up quicker than I thought. Love the fragrance. I thought w all this rain we have been having in the northeast the flowers may get nocked off or that it would have a hard time stabilizing the border area. I hope it spreads more but we are truly happy with it. As you can see in the image they are pretty and white. Holding her own.

Wanted to love these and looked forward to them, but we only saw the greenery. They never bloomed. Ordered more seeds and planted them in another spot and they did nothing.

In a flower bed that I planted a variety of seeds, these have been the most successful. Good germination, and they look like the photos. I would recommend.

I planted them, 3 days later I had sprouts all over! They grow super fast. Couldn't be any happier with their seeds.

I put these flowers at several schools to try out in a mass planting . They turned out great, make sure you give it water .Then prune it back after it flowers , and it will rebloom

I winter sowed these seeds in milk jugs and they grew like crazy. I had to hurry up and transplant them because they were blooming in the jugs! One packet was enough to completely line the front of my beds about 30+ feet

I loved these, shortly after I planted them, they did sprout and get big. However, this was last year and nothing has returned. We have had spring/summer like weather here in Ohio since February, all of the other yards have already had theirs come up, nothing yet.
