A striking bicolor sunflower with creamy yellow outer petals and a rich burgundy inner ring, Desert Sun Sunflower is a branching variety that grows up to six feet tall. Covered in straight and strong 18 to 24 inch stems supporting pollenless, large, five to seven inch blooms that make phenomenal cut flowers. Can be planted directly outdoors in early spring or started indoors if necessary.
