About Peony Roots - Sarah Bernhardt Jumbo

Paeonia

Seed Type Root

This is the same Sarah Bernhardt Peony that is beloved by all for its soft pink shade and sweet fragrance, now in a jumbo-sized root. Our Sarah Bernhardt Jumbo Roots typically have five to eight eyes, when the regular size only has two or three. This size difference translates into a much larger plant the first year and will bloom within the first or second year of growth. Mid-spring soft, pink double blooms are long lasting and iconic. With foliage that is attractive the entire growing season, this jumbo-sized root will provide a nice, large, verdant bush.
