Customer photo review of Allium Bulbs (Giant) - Mont Blanc

We purchased these to plant directly up against our deck after our renovation last year. We wanted a variety that was tall, shade tolerant and beautiful - and these absolutely delivered. I love their blooms and they have all grown at almost the exact same rate and height. Highly recommend!!

Allium Bulbs (Giant) - Mont Blanc

The Allium Bulbs (I actually prefer the purple) ARE BEAUTIFUL. The only detractor is that if you have gophers, deer, etc, the animals dig the bilbs up. So, in Southwestern VA, any bulbs such as allium, tulips, anemones, etc. do not last as animals feast on these bulbs and, in some instances, prior to the flowers even blooming. Aside from that, these plants produce breathtaking blooms. I will replant to enjoy them again.

Allium Bulbs (Giant) - Mont Blanc

Bulbs arrived in Fall and were planted as directed but they started to shoot shortly after planting which led to green top growth exposed all winter long. Growth has stalled and looks like they will not flower this year. Very disappointed.

Very beautiful statuesque plant. The bulb size was perfect and l hope to be able to post a great picture in the coming spring. Also to be noted, the bulbs arrived on time for planting which is not always the case with many bulb companies...
