All of my bulbs that I fall-planted came up. The flowers were lovely if slightly lighter colored than pictured, more of a dark purple. However they only lasted maybe a week.

Planted these hyacinth bulbs November 2024 and I was so excited to see them come up this spring. Flower isn’t as dark as the picture, but it’s still a beautiful darker purple color.

The hyacinths that grew from the bulbs were pretty, but they were just purple, not even an especially dark purple. They did all come up though.

Store owner replied: Hello Ggrowsstuff. Thank you for your feedback, and we are glad to hear they all came up and produced blooms. We understand the color wasn’t quite what you expected. Bloom color can sometimes vary depending on growing conditions, as cooler spring temperatures tend to bring out deeper tones, while warmer conditions may result in lighter shades. Soil conditions and overall bulb health can also play a role in color expression. We are happy we were able to provide a resolution and appreciate the opportunity to help. We’re always here to support your success in the garden!

The color on the screen is dark academia thematic...and..the bulbs are HUGE. THANK YOU

Despite being an experienced gardener and following the instructions, not a single bulb came up this spring. Very disappointed.

These are GORGEOUS. They are a very, very dark purple on a cloudy day or in shade, but when the sun hits them, they are an absolutely electric deep indigo. I will definitely be finding space to add more this fall.
