These tall, and large purple poppys had people stopping to ask me " what are those beautiful flowers?" ! I'm past the second spring of growing them, and I have no doubt they will do amazing again next year! I bought a variety of poppy seeds and these were one of the winners.

I read the directions and planted the seeds accordingly, I even divided the seeds into 2 groups: one that I planted immediately in spring and one that I cold stratified in the refrigerator. Neither group germinated. I had purchased an ounce of seeds because I was planning on having a large grouping but the only thing that sprouted in that spot was some heal-all. I am very disappointed :( (I’ve successfully grown poppies from seed before, but not this variety and not from this company).

I bought several varieties of poppies from Eden, and this one never showed up or bloomed.
