Customer photo review of English Daisy Seeds - Pomponette Mix

How fun would this have been if the whole pot flowered? Not so much luck.

English Daisy Seeds - Pomponette Mix

Store owner replied: Hello Deb Elle. Thank you for your review. We are sorry your English Daisies didn’t fill the pot with the flowers you were hoping for. English Daisies are cool-season perennials and can take time to establish from seed, sometimes concentrating on developing their leafy rosettes before producing a fuller display of flowers in a subsequent season. They perform best during cooler weather with consistent moisture and can struggle or slow down as temperatures rise. We truly appreciate you continuing to share your growing experiences with us, both the successes and the disappointments. We’ve included this variety in the resolution we set up for you, and we hope the plants that did establish surprise you with a much fuller showing as they mature!

don't bother - the amount you pay for a pinch a of seeds is an insult. And further insult, they didn't take...A waste of money

English Daisy Seeds - Pomponette Mix

Store owner replied: Hello Betsy H. Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how disappointing it was to receive a small amount of seed and then have none germinate. English Daisies are a specialty seed, and each packet should contain approximately 100 of their very small seeds. For future planting, they prefer cooler conditions, so an early June sowing in Zone 6 can become challenging as temperatures rise. Shallow sowing, consistent moisture, and an earlier spring or late-summer/early-fall planting can provide better conditions for germination. We’re glad we were able to provide a resolution and appreciate your feedback about both the seed quantity and your growing experience!
