    These are the most striking dahlias I have grown. The blooms are absolutely gorgeous, the pictures do it no justice. The amount of blooms I was able to cut from them was amazing. Even my mother in-law, who is a prolific dahlia grower, was taken by these beauties.

    Ordered 2 bulbs and they didn't look so healthy. Planted them anyways and they never sprouted unfortunately. Maybe I'll try again next year! Can't find these in my local nursery or hardware stores.

    I grew these dahlias along side several other varieties. Not a single plant got over 12" tall, nor did they bloom. I did not have this issue with any other dahlia in the patch. Total disappointment.

    Each bulb grew heartily and yielded lots of huge blooms even though I did get a late start last summer. Huge flowers stood up to the wet weather. Lasted all week in bouquets in the office..everyone loved them mixed with green and yellow zinnias, snaps or perennial foxglove.

    Rip City is one of the most beautiful dahlias, IMO, and under-appreciated. They look stunning with pink. Actually they look good with lots of colors. As with some other dahlias, the petals glisten in the sun. The tubers I've bought here have been excellent.
