Customer photo review of Celosia Seeds - Mixed Pampas Plume

I recently embarked on a gardening adventure with celosia, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! These vibrant plants have completely transformed my garden into a living masterpiece of color and texture. First and foremost, the variety of colors available is simply stunning. From fiery reds and oranges to brilliant yellows and pinks, celosia flowers add a dynamic splash of hue that’s impossible to ignore. I should add that I do have a variety of color, but they are predominantly hot pink. I would say 80% are hot pink. One of the best things about growing celosia is how easy they are to care for. They thrive in sunny locations and are quite tolerant of heat and drought, which makes them perfect for my sunny garden spot. I’ve found them to be quite hardy and low-maintenance, requiring only occasional watering and some basic soil preparation. Plus, their resilience means they continue to bloom brightly even during the height of summer. Celosia also attracts a variety of pollinators, which is an added bonus for any garden. I’ve enjoyed watching bees and butterflies flock to the vivid blooms, adding even more life and activity to my outdoor space. Another delight is the longevity of the blooms. Celosia flowers remain vibrant and eye-catching for weeks on end, providing continuous color and beauty. And if you’re looking for a bit of versatility, celosia makes for a stunning addition to floral arrangements, whether fresh or dried. Growing celosia has been a fantastic experience. Their bold colors, unique textures, and ease of care make them a wonderful choice for gardeners of all levels. If you’re looking to infuse your garden with some extraordinary, long-lasting color, I wholeheartedly recommend giving celosia a try. You won’t be disappointed!

These turned out so beautiful and after pinching they really filled out nicely! My only complaint is it was supposed to be mixed colors and I only had pink grow. I was hoping for more variety.

They absolutely suck for cut flower gardens it’s not growing to cut at all just leaves.

Store owner replied: Hello Arizona. Thank you for your review of Eden Brothers! We greatly appreciate you sharing your experience. It's so important to have feedback like this so we can continually improve our products and planting instructions. If planted too late, seedlings may face intense summer heat before they’re well established, which can stress young plants and potentially reduce plant size and bloom production. After speaking with our Customer Service Team, it seems we were able to assist you with this. Thanks for your time in sharing your experience with us!

just like the other photos posted here, this is a mostly vegetative version of celosia. the flower plumes are small, non expanding, limited in color range (80% purple). the plants are predominantly vegetative. if i could eat it i would be in the money. this was a huge disappointment. huge.

I grew these for the 1st time last year and they were a great addition to my garden. I started them last year inside and transferred out when it was warm enough. I loved them so much I'm doing it again this year 2024 plus I purchased a couple more varieties.

Zone 5b (Iowa). I started a bunch of these seeds indoors early spring and they did amazing. I’ve gotten a wonderful mix of pink, yellow, and pink/yellow plants. They make amazing cut flowers and I will definitely grow these again.
