I am not sure who loves these Cannas more, me or the hummingbirds! I planted them in the ground and they took off right away! Best bulb purchase of my life, thank you!

I ordered 12, 10 grew. I've been growing cannas for 15-18years. usually planting about 50-75 yearly. To be honest, these plants were too expensive for the money charged. Go somewhere else for home grown plants

I love the canna bulbs. They are still waving in the wind even though the drought in our area is still a problem. My friends enjoy taking a look at them when they visit. Not sure if they visit the Cannas or me!

Three out of four came up and they grew incredibly fast. First bloom on July 7th.

Ordered four rhizomes. Arrived in late April. Smallest and weakest rhizomes ever. Looks like I must have ordered late and received whatever scraps were left in the bottom of their basket. Went to plant them today (with the rest of my own overwintered varieties) and three of the four rhizomes had completely rotted. At this price point, I expected better quality. Better to mark them out of stock than to send inferior specimens to a conscientious gardener who really cares about his plants. So disappointing.

Canna Australia is just stunning. They are tall with strong stems, and with clean/big beautiful red flowers. I have 5 kinds of canna in my garden, and Canna Australia seems to be less susceptible to Japanese beetles, which I fought so hard this year. If you love tall canna, this is definitely a good choice. They also seem to be deer/rabbit resistant. The Rhizomes I got from Eden Brothers are viable/big/healthy. Thank you.

They had it rough! The water got turned off, and then we had some seriously warm weather later than expected. I am sorry that I did not take better care of my 'Australia' cannas; but they still look great. They spread around quite a bit. I will be pulling some rhizomes from a bigger clump to add to a smaller clump over winter. This is only their second season. I wish I had more room to add 'Ermine'.

Although I had 'earmaked' a number of red-leaved canna lilies online for purchase, when I actually went to order, a lot of the online nurseries were already SOLD OUT ! I quickly scouted and discovered that you still had a goodly supply of the canna 'australia' still in stock at a reasonable price, so I put in my order. They arrived quickly and I got them in the next day. I planted them deep because we have a squirrel problem in Central Ohio and they are notorious for digging stuff up when first set. Fortunately, only one was pulled out, but I quickly replanted it and during the last three days, they're finally unfurling their first leaves. Thank you. ( I have your firm on the list to reorder from next season )

This was the most practical way to get this normally expensive variety. 'Australia' used to be more common, but seems to be rather rare now. It is available online, but is usually very expensive.
