Through partnerships like these, we’re able to celebrate the full journey from seed to harvest, and the many ways flowers, herbs, and vegetables can nourish both the table and everyday life. Centered around Erin’s “Blank Canvas” cooking philosophy, the feature includes a vibrant seasonal salad and green goddess dressing made with ingredients grown from Eden Brothers seeds (or inspired by varieties from our collection).

Rooted in the idea that every recipe begins with a simple foundation, Erin encourages cooks to adapt and layer in what’s flourishing in the garden — turning fresh, seasonal ingredients into something colorful, expressive and deliciously memorable.

Step One:
Roughly chop the parsley, dill, garlic, and lemon, then add everything to a food processor.

Step Two: Add the dijon, anchovy paste, and honey, then season with salt and black pepper.

Step Three: Pour in the olive oil and water and blend until smooth, creamy, and bright green.

Step Four: If the dressing feels too thick, add a little more olive oil or water, blending as you go, until it reaches your desired consistency.

Step Five: Taste and adjust with additional salt, pepper, or honey bit by bit until the flavors feel balanced and just right.
