Kitchen Minis™ Hot Fajita Pepper is an edible medium-hot chili pepper. With an upright habit, standing 10 to 12 inches tall and 10 inches wide, this compact plant fits into nearly any spot. Set in a sunny location indoors or outside on a patio table, this power plant produces lime-green fruits that turn a bright, fiery red as they ripen, measuring four inches long and a half inch wide. These long, tapered chilies are fleshy and medium hot, perfect for cooking. They can also be used fresh or dried and ground as a spice and are a great source of vitamin C.
